Tsunade can't even dodge Amaterasu, break Tsukuyomi and you guys think she can win? Laughable.

Tsunade's strength is immense even Madara admited when she shattered down a Susanoo by her pure strength. Also she just has to dodge Amaterasu and not look at Itachi's eyes and nothing will happen to her. Anyway she will try to finish Itachi in time and not rush on him, because his crow clone could mean her death. Moreover her Summon is quite a strong shit that can stall the fight a lot so Itachi gets exhausted. If you think about it only 1 punch of Tsunade on Itachi's chest would decide the battle. She can even break Susanoo pretty much when she also broke down the 5 dragons that Madara produced with Mokuton. All in all, in terms of a life or death match Tsunade wins Itachi or they both die. In no way would Tsunade loose to him and Im totally not a Tsunade fanboy.

The only way Itachi can win this is Amaterasu Tsunade on teh head and then run away to let the flame finish her. She has absolutely no counter to Amaterasu after all, even tho she's a strong medical-nin.

She survived being split in two with a Susanoo sword. She's probably the most durable shinobi alive.

She cracked the weakest version of Susanoo, she isn't getting past a V2 Susanoo when she could only crack the weakest version. Dodge Amaterasu? Are you serious? If you can't escape Sharingan's vision then you can't dodge Amaterasu with speed. Tsunade is obviously not that fast so Amaterasu KO's her. Her summon is useless here as it can be killed with Amaterasu, or he can tank all its attacks with Susanoo. Tsunade never broke 5 Mokuton dragons...The fact that she isn't getting past Susanoo means she isn't killing him. Itachi wins mid diff at most.

He said he had all three jutsu that day. Danzou also knew about Amaterasu, and Obito said Itachi cried tears of blood when killing his family. It's strongly implied that he had all three jutsu, though probably not the legendary items.
