Sasuke's Chakra during Danzo battle

What happened here, exactly? I know Sasuke broke a prison seal Danzo put on him using Susano'o, but Tobi did something with kamui (or something else) to Sasuke. It saved his life, but also made him a little crazy. Was it a drug?

Well he was intending to intervene as Sasuke was really close to death, but like it was said above(I guess) he canceled his action when Sasuke reactivated the Susano'o and broke out. He did say Sasuke didn´t really need his help after all.

my guess is that Tobi was going to use Kamui while at the same time he was using genjutsu to kinda remind Sasuke of Itachi's sacrifice so that sasuke's anger would increase and stir his emotional pot...think of it as a "boost" and Kamui was just his insurance policy.

obito was preparing to use kamui but he didnt have to so he quit it.. no drugs or magic here folks.

I think Sasuke just got a rush of adrenaline and blocked his hit with Susanoo. Like the others said, Tobi was about to save him, but realized he saved himself.

what Karin sensed was the chemical reaction inside the Uchiha brain, it was so potent that it changed Sasuke's chakra's signature.

sasuke is super sasuke sometimes he cant help it..
but i didnt really like how he summoned susanoo with his will..
but it makes sense i guess
