Huge fail tbh. Minato is not in league with Hashirama, Naruto, and the others.
Kakashi and Guy should be in the same tier.
Third Raikage, Muu, and Second Mizukage belong in High Kage tier.

I'd move Trollkage, Muu, and Hanzo to the high Kage tier for sure.

Then Maybee Kakuzu, Kisame, and Sasori could probably be high Kage as I would say each of them could challenge some of the High Kage shinobi (for sure Kakashi and Bee)

No they shouldn't 3rd raikage understandable but 2nd mizukage lost to gaara and muu he's not far off there definatly not there with itachi, jman, and bee also minato is stronger than hashirama i hate how he's getting so underated

Its actually a pretty good debate killer bee vs 3rd raikage.
Obviously bee needs to use some of the jinchuriki power to win or else he gets mudstompped
BUT BASED ON THE MANGA AND ANIME I would say there a pretty close draw with third raikage taking the edge to armor and endurance

Attributes? IF using attributes (Which is dumb as hell) the list will change drastically.
What has Darui shown other than some analytical skills (Kakashi has shown plenty) and black lighting that would make him be with Kakashi? Maybe a couple of months ago you could have convince me. Kakashi blows Darui out of the water now. And Killer Bee trumps the 3rd because of 8 tails.

Did you see there fight if so Gaara didn't even struggle i know it was mainly due to plot but still if kishi wanted him to be higher he would have went out of his time to kill him.

oro owns him badly two words "edo tensi" he has nothing to kill oro + oro has way better defense and intelligence

gaara's dad owns gaara easily but emotions aka plot made him quit fighting and got sealed if i have to say all the kages of the same number r the same level yugara is pretty underrated
