As for the quick and quite thing, the Sannin are all a lot heavier and clunkier than light-footed Itachi. Both Itachi and Obito had good experience in S-Rank missions, Itachi was an ANBU Captain at the time and Obito had fought toe to toe with Minato and defeated ANBU himself.
