Tsunade cannot heal herself from amaterasu either. It keeps burning untill nothing is left. Only the user can stop it, or a huge technique such as Shinra Tensei can.

And btw I don't see how tsunade combat style would kill and entire clan. And as it's not itachi it means she would have to beat him too. even without itachi there, she just wouldn't... she's close combat, uchiha have good close, med and long range combat styles

The Uchiha AND the Senju were the two greatest clans, not, The Senju was the greatest. It was never stated that the Senju were stronger, only Hashirama. Manga fact, you're just a fangirl.

The attack was launched in the middle of the night, when most were sleeping. Itachi was stealthy, he could get around quickly and quietly. And he did it with Obito who is untouchable with Kamui, unless Kakashi is around.

Amaterasu basically burns things out of existance, unless you can stop the flames. Which she cannot do.

Obito, lack of experience? Obito had already attacked Konoha, he had more experience in infiltration that Itachi did. He got past an ANBU barrier and defeated two ANBU unnoticed.

Also, Madara said she was weak for a Senju. Being part of a clan that is strong doesn't mean you are as strong as everyone in that clan.
