No if tsunade was to annihilate the Uchiha clan then shisui would have had a reason to confront Danzo and have his eye stolen. He and itachi wouldn't even have been briefed that the Uchiha was planning a coup. Itachi who was goin to be used by fukaku wouldnt have had any reason to act as a double agent for Danzo so he would have been there to stop tsunade.

Tsunade is based on taijutsu enhanced with power.Any sharingan user can easily read her movements and dodge all her attacks.
She doesn't have counter for genjutsu.
The only senju we ever saw beating an Uchiha is Hashirama.

First off, Itachi joined akatsuki to spy on them. Itachi beat Orochimaru, that still puts him above Sannin level. 35 isn't the highest. There are plenty of other 35's. And Itachi is even 35.5. And the Databook says nothing. Naruto's databook is a total of 26, you really think Tsunade can beat Naruto?

In your scenario Itachi doesn't intervere? That's kind of an easy outcome, isn't it?

Senju's aren't immume to Genjutsu, I don't even know why you made that up. I just looked it up, and nowhere has it been said that it's true.

itachi amartarsu can't hurt tsunade since she can heal herslef against amatarsu ..

Because Obito was there too, his Kamui makes him untouchable and Itachi was better than the rest of his clan by far at that time.

OT: Tsunade isn't fast or stealthy, so no. I think she wouldn't of killed them, if Saru didn't wish it and that she would've told him what Danzo had ordered her to do.

Plus, she has nothing to counter any MS tech, her fighting style is so obvious that after one person the whole clan will be alerted, following that, any Sharingan user will be able to read and counter her movements.
