OT: Tsunade isn't fast or stealthy, so no. I think she wouldn't of killed them, if Saru didn't wish it and that she would've told him what Danzo had ordered her to do.

You have to realize that they were taken by surprise. They would never have thought the person they were using to help overthrow the village(itachi) would betray them.Without organization the strongest of people(Uchiha) can be easily overwhelmed. That is the purpose of a surprise attack, to catch them off guard

The fact that she is senju means nothing, EMS madara would beat tsunade no dif, edo madara defeats the 5 kages mid dif, and the majority of the fight he was holding back, and they didnt make any significant damages on him. Everything else you said doesnt add to your argument, Itachi in a healthy state + Uchiha clan would destroy tsunade any day.

They are called Senju's.
Tsunade is based on taijutsu enhanced with power.Any sharingan user can easily read her movements and dodge all her attacks.
She doesn't have counter for genjutsu.
The only senju we ever saw beating an Uchiha is Hashirama.

Tsunade is strong, but don't overestimate her, please. When Itachi was 13, and joined akatsuki, he beat Orochimaru. So he was above Sannin level already.

And since Itachi wouldn't have to do it, he'd still be part of the Uchiha. Danzo wanted them all dead, so if Tsunade had to do it, she'd have to kill Itachi as well. Also, Shisui would be a problem.
