Yes. but we dont know anything about the power of the Sage mode from hashirama maybe he was able to summon it from the moon but in a godlike state that wants to bring peace

It seemed to me that Madara grew the Gedo Mazo using Hashirama's cells, then he made a contract seal so he could summon it. That is why it is linked to his Rinnegan. it was also mentioned that Hashirama had several tailed beasts under his control at one point. He could have used his sage wood to hold the beasts like Nagato used the Mazo

Just read some other posts so disregard the Gedo Mazo growing comment. They are still similar though and the fact that Hashirama is a descendent of the sage means they can be related in some manner

They do look similar. Highly doubt they're the same tho.why are obito and Madara using hashiramas cells to control the jyuubi? Kishi throws more curves in his manga/anime than any other out there. Pain said that rikudo sannin used the planetary distruction jutsu to create the moon, others say that the moon is the body of the jyuubi. Kishi will find a way to link all this together.

Dude this sounds ridiculous...shinsuusenju is just a wooden structure made to look like Guanyin. The gedo mazou IS the juubi and madara was the one able to summon it from the moon only after awakening the rinnegan. How can hashi manage this when he likely has no idea of the rinnegan?

Hashirama dna surpress juubi chakra , i think hashi and naruto will work togheter to catch the juubi because juubi use sage chakra aswell same for hashi , naruto and juugo . i dont think the juubi is the moon because we saw the juubi right under the moon in the manga

we will know more about hashirama's sage mode very soon , he might use that thing again

I doubt that you need rinnegan to summon the Gedo Mazo, so far in the manga and anime the gedo mazo has been only summoned using madara's rinnengan. I think for a person to summon Gedo Mazo they need immense chakra and have a contract seal with it whic makes me to believe Someone like naruto and bee can summon Gedo Mazo if only they had a contract with it.
