Gaara's gourd

This might sound a little stupid and it sure is irrelevant...but I've always wondered how heavy Gaara's gourd is...sand is pretty heavy, I think he might use his chakra to carry it around easily. Plus, the sand armor must make him heavier too right?

I remember playing some Naruto games (Ultimate Ninja 3 for example) where he looked like he was having a hard time moving around and was really slow and heavy.
Now that he's the kazekage and got stronger, must be easier to carry it around, but still the gourd looks the same.

So how heavy do you think Gaara's gourd is(when full of sand)?

The Gourd itself is made of sand and is held together by Chakra apparently. So meaning, hes using his Chakra to carry it around. So I'm sure its not that heavy. But the Sand inside would make it pretty heavy.

If he ever dissolves the gourd to use that sand in an attack too it could have the same effect as Lee removing the weights, a drastic speed increase.

Lee's weights were ridiculously heavy. Gaara's gourd while heavy isn't that heavy.

I actually think the gourd might be heavier, but Gaara might lighten it up with chakra, I'm sure Lee doesnt do this with his leg weights so Lee's the real deal! xD

I have the feeling that wouldn't happend...don't forget that while Lee trains his taijutsu, Gaara's got his arms crossed and uses the sand.
