Tsunade is even high up there. I'm pretty sure being an immortal 1-hit K0 slab of meat throws her right up in the ranks. She's just really underrated.

Minato's rank doesn't come from his power, it comes from his intelligence. He was able to utilize his Rasengan-FTG combo so well that it rivaled any type of power of his time, including that of the Hachibi.

I think he has more to his Justu than just the Rasengan, FTG and sealing techs, much more we haven't seen yet. I hope more of his is displayed.

Hashirama was in a different category to the other hokage, according to 575 the people didn't want to believe in his power and considered it a myth. That gave other shinobi like Hiruzen time to shine. I've realized that the strength of a Hokage apparently depends on when they were elected.

Thats true, because, Iruka said, you have to be the strongest in the village before you can be Hokage, so i think u are right.

Kinda want to see more of Hiruzen as well. I mean, the man knows all jutsu's in konoha, and has only showed like 3-6 Jutsu's?

Konoha was/is known as the most powerful village, so we can only assume the strongest kage also come from Konoha.

Tobirama = The brother of the GoS, pretty cool
Hiruzen = the weakest god of Shinobi, but definitely Kage level
Minato = overused rasengan + the FTG, deadly combo

Yeah I sure Tsunade is good but not as good as say Jiraya or Hiruzen......

If it came to power both Ay and bee are monsters but still Minato was confident and was ready to take them on at ease ......

Against Obito/Tobi: "If I dont kill hm right here, he'll become a greater danger than the fox";
"I'll just have to leave the village in the thirds hand and finish him off right here".


In all his encounters, he said or thought about something that depicted him as being confident to defeat the opponent.

Which makes me even realised more that, he might have had a lot to be that confident to go against someone who you've heard only rumours about, the strongest tail beast and a guy whose teleportation even surpassed your own.

I believed there more to him than we have seen. The only Hokage who has a warning tag to him, to flee upon site.

But if what he said was taken to point.."being the strongest in the village" there wud have been alot of ninja battling to become the hokage i.e all the different clan leaders wud have opted for the title

and as we Raikage is not the guy who praises anyone but he respect the best and stroneger person than him which means a lot.........

Obito/ Tobi after having senju DNA along with Kamui became powerful and it was lot hard to land a hit on him even once for Naruto, Bee, Kakashi and guy but Minato figured it out just by seeing it once and landed hit on him not once but twice in on go to free the kyuubi from his control...............
