But losing your sight so as to avoid becoming Madara's puppet isn't that bad.

Naruto is well capable of leaving the tsukuyomi tech with ease, since he has the kyuubi which can inject his chakra into naruto therefore Forcing him out of the genjutsu.

everyone forgets that when sasuke fought bee's clone...
he temporarilly caught him in genjutsu for a second and made bee fall to the ground
as if he was paralyzed in mid air(but bee did notice it was genjutsu)
