Eh, obito has been shown that he can be beatin once you figure out his weakness. Minato figured it out, tore him up, kakashi figured him out, now everyone tearin him up, obito is only deadly because his abilities were unknown, but im sure, once any ninja can figure out how to beat his eye, then its another story

Minato was the fastest character in the series, and Kakashi has his other sharingan..

Obito is clearly the strongest with his paths, it's not even close.

Itachi with his Susano'o, assuming he can land a hit on either
Minato with his FTG and RDS will definitely be able to hit them, it just depends on the strength of his attacks
Obito with his Mokuton and MS

Possibly Naruto with his BM

All these guys can give Hashi and Madara a run for their money, but honestly do not stand a chance against these guys in their prime

kakashi can take a far betwen him and itachi so itachi' attacks won't reach him
then kakashi with his all ranges kamui can kill him and kakashi doesn't need to touch him to do it but he only need to a look then he will kamui itachi' neck in no time without itachi feel
muu and unoki can fiy in the air where itachi' attacks can't reach them , above itach' attacks range
then they attack him with the dust and destory him as yata can't defend agaisnt the dust
itachi can't touch obito so he can't beat obito but obito with intangible and warping can beat him
madara of course can beat itachi and hashirama as him
nagato can counter all itachi jutsu
minato can counter all itachi jutsu
