Uchiha + No Sharingan = Peaceful Uchiha?

Since it's been stated that an Uchiha gets more and more unstable as they get stronger, is it possible that if their Sharingan is suppressed (somehow), that they won't become that unstable or violent?

No the chakra come from their brains. its only noticed in the octular nerves. if their sharingans are suppressed i belive they will evolve and the chakra would effect another part of the uchiha's body instead of the eyes.
