Is Sasuke related to Madara or Izuna somehow?

Just hear me out on this one. I've been looking at a lot of Konoha clans.

- Shikaku was the head of the Nara clan. Now that he is dead, could Shikamaru be the next head of the Nara?

The last head of the clan was the just simply dubbed the Hyuuga Clan Elder. This elder was the father of Hinata's dad and Neji's dad. The elder is still alive, but he stepped down and let his son Hiashi (Hinata's father) take over the clan.

Choji's dad is the current head of the Akimichi Clan. It is said that Choji is next in line to be the head of the Akimichi.

What am I trying to get at?

The clan heads act like family royalty. If you are the son or daughter of the clan head, it appears you are next in line to become a clan head. These are the only clans I have found to support this idea, as there is not info to determine who is clan head for the other clans in the village. But as you can see, it is a familial thing.

Also, for the Uchiha, Sasuke and Itachi's dad was the head of the Uchiha Clan. It was said that Itachi was next to become head of the Uchiha.

Keeping this idea in mind about family being legible to become clan heads... does that mean that Sasuke could be related to Madara or even Izuna? Madara was head of the Uchiha... and as we can see, the clans pass down their head status to their first born children. I know that Madara left the clan after the fight with Hashirama, but what if he left a kid behind and that kid became head of the Uchiha? What if that kid continued passing on the head status to his/her kid and it finally got passed down to Itachi who was next in line?

Again... I know it may be highly unlikely that Sasuke could be related to Madara... but it is just something I observed with how the clans work.

What are your thoughts?

This is how I spent my day today after getting surgery btw. lol

The head of the Uchiha is usually the most battle-oriented member, as was the case with Madara. In that clan, "head" clearly doesn't mean too much, because the entire clan still turned their back on him. I'd say there is no real defined hierarchy there. More of a hive mind. Fukasaku could have been considered "head", as he was leader of the police force. Again, that still didn't mean much, because he was fodderized.

Madara and Izuna achieved their status due to consolidating their power and climbing the ranks. The same could be said of Itachi's family. Power. I mean, all Uchiha are related.

Well, I'm not saying it s impossible, or even unlikely. I wouldn't like for it to go that way, but that's because I'm getting tired of the same, over played, cliche shit in every anime ever. That being said, when Sasuke confronted Kyuubi at the beginning of Shippuden, Kurama did say the chakra was frighteningly similar to Madara's. That was never elaborated on, however. So, I guess we'll just have wait and see just how cliche Kishimoto plans on becoming.
