How Edo Tensei could be used to revive everyone legitimately

So, I just realized something. Let's say that Kabuto had Edo Nagato with him and then Kabuto was killed. Edo Nagato's programming could force him to use Rinne Tensei on Kabuto. But Edo Nagato has unlimited Chakra, so he will never feel the effects of it unless he revives too many people too quickly, in which case he will die and regenerate LOL.

Now, let's say someone like Tobirama lived in this age and had possession of a completed Edo Tensei and Edo Nagato. Hashirama dies, Rinne Tensei. Tobirama himself dies, Rinne Tensei. Nagato uses Bansho Tenin to pull Jiraiya's body from the ocean and revives him and all the other noteworthy Konoha ninja that have died in the story so far.

Oh yeah, and the immoral sacrifice that needs to be given out for Edo Tensei to work can be revived.

They really should have made some sort of limitation to Edo Tensei, like you can bring back the dead person's soul but the host body will wear out eventually depending on how much it's used or something. But there really isn't any kind of limit so what you said would be possible. I wonder something tho....could someone you bring back use Edo Tensei themselves if they knew how? Like the second Hokage? Could he use it? I don't see why not.
