And why aren't the toads, snakes, and slugs, and other giant talking animals helping in the war? They will taken over too if Obito succeeds.

They probably just meet the summons randomly (or are introduced to them by someone already with a contract), and if the summon is worthy, it might make a contract with the ninja.

Don't really think Hashi's jutsu is that kind of a summon though xd

The wall had dogs on it right? Dogs are Kakashi's summons right? What I said was it may be included in the contract. Naruto didnt personally go to each frog and sign a contract...it comes with it apparently.

I did just see that Kakashi's Dog Wall is doton and not a summon. And certain things ninja summon are objects or etc. that they have somewhere else waiting to be used.

How do we know that shinobi have to meet/encounter the summons? How do we know summons don't encounter shinobi?
I personally think that when a shinobi likes a certain shinobi that appeals to them, they'll let them know that they can summon them, not the other way around.

I get this from Kakashi's guard dogs. There's no possible way he could ever ask them to be his own, personal guard dogs for him, they must have liked him and decided to be his summon.
