Do you know how Amaterasu works? Why would Madara use it on the Mokuton? The user, sets his sights on the target, and black flames appear on the target's body and engulf it.

Madara would look directly at Hashirama and use it, not at his wood. lol Failed logic. Hashirama doesn't have speed like Ei, or Izanagi like Obito and Danzo to counter it.
