I personally have to say top ninjas and the ones who worked for it, not the ones who were given a tailed beast or some form of DNA boost. For one, Rock Lee has gotta be on my Top Ninja's for becoming very powerful with only one skill. Orochimaru for becoming very powerful and for achiving imperfect immortality as I call it and I appluad Shikamaru's brains. I'm not a fan of Shadow Jutsu and seeing how it isn't a bloodline limit, just a Nipdo or whatever you call them, but the way he uses them in contrast to his intelligance earns him a place on my top three Ninja. Come to think of it, they would make a very good team. Rock lee for close range, orochimaru for mid-range, Shika for long range and then finally, throw in a medical ninja, I'll choose Sakura. Simply because at a young age she has perfected inhuman strength and has high medical powers. Plus she killed one of my top three Akatsukis DX
