Susanoo's is a chakra draining technique for MS users, proven by Sasuke and Itachi. Itachi seems to only be capable of using the Yata mirror while using Susanoo's. Therefore, while using the Yata mirror in his Susanoo's, Itachi would definitely run out of stamina. Especially before someone like Hashi who's stamina seems nearly endless.
