Honestly, at this point in time, no one has had a particular mastery of the Rinnegan to unleash the true potential. I think Mokuton is the best right now. Too many offensive and defensive capabilities with it.

that can mean anything. barriers, scrolls like jiraiyas which he sealed ammy with, scrolls to seal bijuus and only bijuus, juinjutsu, senjutsu etc. nothing that means he could permanently shut madara down or tear out his soul
