Tobirama could probably be the second strongest Hokage

Tobirama said their powers were greatly nerfed in part1 when they were first summoned. And do you see how huge of a difference we get between the Hashirama from back then and the original Hashirama? Probably something like 100times stronger. So don't you think that Tobirama's original power could probably be increased with around the same proportion?

Don't forget Tobirama is Hashirama's brother. So they probably had to train a lot to become stronger and stronger exactly like Izuna and Madara who were considered equal

I think it could be the time to see why Senju was so feared since i don't believe that only Hashirama was strong in that clan

So i think Tobirama could be the second strongest hokage after Hashirama. What do you think?

I do agree, however, let's wait until he gets some feats first (as I cannot actually prove that Minato was restrained before he was, but I can with Hiruzen).

So for now, he's under Minato, but above Tsunade and Hiruzen.

I do remember both Minato and Hiruzen being restrained by Edo Tensei whereas Tobirama was not (yet):

And you may argue Hiruzen was in his old age, but even in his old age he was stated to be on par with the Sannin, and if I do remember Tsunade is one of those, as well as Hokage. So at the very least, he's above Tsunade.
