Interesting I noticed Madara's susanoo was smaller than the Perfect Susanoo. We may even see him pull out the perfect susanoo and still have the armor protecting the kyuubi.

I am seeing a lot of posts in threads with misinformation thrown around regarding Madara and his Perfect Susanoo in regards to the current chapters. Many people are assuming that Madara Uchiha took a hit from a point-blank Tailed-Beast-Bomb (TBB) on his Perfect Sussano (PS).
This is a false misconception and I would like to clarify this through the following images:

PS appears to have a Demon-mask with a fairly long nose. It looks a lot like a traditional Tengu-mask, actually. Regardless, here is the Sussano Madara pulled in the current fight which took a point-blank hit from Nine-tails TBB, thrown back at him by Hashirama’s Summon:
To put it simply this:
Henceforth, Madara Uchiha stood behind a CS rather than a PS in the fight so far. He fused the same Complete Sussano with Kurama here:
Bottom-line: We have yet to see PS in this current battle. This thread should put all this to rest.

His Susanoo was the size of the 100% Kyuubi. That's Perfect Susanoo for me.
Even if I am wrong, it was Susanoo coated Kyuubi that blocked it, not base Susanoo.
Susanoo Kyuubi > Perfect Susanoo.

I agree on him using a complete susanoo to block the TBB but I believe that PS is covering Kurama due to the mask's look and the shape of the swords. Complete Susanoo has unformed waving masses without handles as blades. PS has a distinct handle for its swords, which have been shown the the Susanoo - Kurama fusion.

Yeah he didn't have Perfect Susano'o when he faught Hashirama, he only had Complete or Final, whatever you want to call it.

It was just Susanoo that blocked the TBB. You can see that Kurama isn't covered when it explodes.

Technically it is perfect Susanoo; however, it is not stablized. As noted by the fact in this chapter that mountain tops were sliced off like they were during Madara's Perfect Susanoo demonstration (the mountains even have similar damage done to them if I'm not mistaken).
Madara did not need the stabilized form, because he was riding atop Kurama, and his Susanoo would only get in the way as it would be an additional body sitting between Kurama and Hashirama...instead he coats Susanoo around Kurama making everything overall more efficient!

Haha fail . In your very first scan it says "before the full might of perfect susano". That is perfect susano son. Its just the unstabilized version. And I have a sneaking suspicion he can only stabilize it because of Hashi's dna.

If you are referring to the one that tanked Bijuu Dama then yes I agree, it wasn't PS but the current one is.
