How HASHIRAMA SENJU died!

There are a lot of theories about how Hashirama died here are mine:

1) He died from disease, just like Itachi. The problem with this is what kind of disease can defeat Hashirama considering his cells are "The Steroids of the Narutoverse".

2) I believe he killed himself not intentionally but by greatly decreasing his life expectancy by going into "Mokuton Sage Mode" (I'm calling it Mokuton because we have no name for it yet) we just witnessed in chapter 621. My theory is that his "Sage Mode" Greatly decreases his life expectancy or kills him after use like Gai with the 8 gates.

This would explain why he defeated Madara but at the same time died in The First World War!

Both can be true, I'm not saying he died in the village on his bed, but that fighting at his 100% greatly reduced his life span, or led to him dying like with Gai and the 8 gates. If Gai dies after using it the databook will say "He died in Battle"

Both reasons are impossible, because at their last fight Hashirama thought that he killed Madara and there were no more fights between them and the Databooks prove that Hashirama gave the title of Hokage to Tobirama.

The rock that Hashirama himself threw to teach Madara how to do it actually went on a portal in which it was trapped, but after some time, which happens to be when the 1st war started an earthquake moved the rock onto another portal which made the rock go where Hashirama was fighting and fell right into Hashirama's head.

Okay you might say that the rock couldnt be enough to kill him. You're right! He didnt die from the rock, but from a random shinobi who happend to be near and on the 2-3 seconds that Hashirama was unconsious stabbed him. Rumors say that, that shinobi was an Uchiha who was trained by madara before Obito just for this moment and he wasnt so random after all.

Hmm, this is quite a paradox. He wouldn't have died from wounds from Madara. He should have the ability to heal that. A disease is possible. It would make him weak enough to be killed by another shinobi or group of.
