Tsunade is like 54/56. She was like 51 when she first met Naruto and there is only about a 3 to 4 year difference from Naruto and Shippuden and even then at least a year or so passed. So Tsunade is old to she just doesn't look like it.

well he wasn't young as the other kages you stated. If he looked more or less like Bee than he wold be considered to die young

Sondaime Raikage was probably in his late 40s/early 50s. Onooki is probably even older than Hiruzen was.

Oonoki. We also have no idea how old Muu is. Tsunade is approximately 60, right? The First Tsuchikage also looked pretty old in Oonoki's flashback... We also have no idea about the 1st Kazekage, Mizukage, or Raikage. Nor about the 2nd Kazekage or Raikage (he may have died young, or he may have lived on after the Coup d'état). 3rd Mizukage neither.

Do not say for certain that Hiruzen is the only Kage to have made it to old age with all this uncertainty; especially with 6 Kages with fates unknown. Also, with Oonoki still alive... Yeah.... <.<

unlike Tobirama, Hiruzen lived to see the end of the Second Ninja World War. and Hiruzen wasn't the Hokage when Minato died fighting Kurama, Minato was that's kind of why he sacrificed himself.
