[Suggestion] Conversation Threads

Personally I've had loads of fun with conversation threads on other multiple forums, why not ones for the Base? I suppose one thread in the chatterbox could do but I would prefer them for each section (subsections might be going a bit too far) to keep a closer bonds over a spread out population. They're basically just meant to bee off topic gatherings for the joy of the conversation.
