I'll argue with that actually... Toriyama stated SSJ3 Goku wasn't the strongest in the end of DBZ. Goku was stronger than Vegeta, but Mystic Gohan was even more powerful than SSJ3 Goku.

You are right. Mystic Gohan is more powerful than ssj3. But we only saw mystic gohan fight once, and then he got absorbed. If you don't take him into account its still faily accurate.
