Pre-ordering Naruto Storm 3 in Japan question

Since I have a Neon Alley subscription, I get Europe/Australia's pre-order bonus.

Buuuut, Naruto Movie 6 Sasuke/Hinata are sooo cool, so would it be possible to pre-order the game in Japan, from the US, to get the bonus? If so, where could I pre-order it at?

Would you be able to pre-order it from bandaigames? I've found on their Japanese website where it shows the bonus, but idk if it shows where to pre-order it from.

Why would you pre-order a Japanese copy only for the Road To Ninja DLC's? You think it's really worth it? The DLC's might have codes which are exactly the same; Similar to The Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Generarions Collectible Cards, So why bother? :/
