Best village ninja?

Between hashi and naruto who would a village benefit more from having. Hashi at this point is a stronger, but against other villages, naruto is strong enough, plus naruto can give chakara to other people making his team probably more powerful than any other.

Well in terms of combat power....The Hidden Mist is probably the weakest simply because they focus on stealth as opposed to direct combat....and in that case Hashirama.

He'd be a distraction as the Mist Shinobi engaged stealthily in ambushes

I think Hashirama. Naruto didn't even know he could distribute Kurama's chakra until Shikaku told him to. Hashirama's a medic and one of the most powerful shinobi.
