Guy and A are very fast and speed isn't a difference maker in the fight because it's not like A is 2x faster or something so then it comes down to Attack and Might Guy has Fire attack the cover a large area(morning peacock) and a gaint 1 shot (afternoon tiger) what do A have?

Not just the sword, right after that he attacked him with his chidori but it was ineffective against his lightening armour. A chidori has way more stabbing power than a Kunai or a sword.

The keyword is: ALMOST. Against someone like the Raikage the almost is not fast enough.
And it's not about the speed, it's about the reaction time. Guy can't see his movements. As I said, Sasuke couldn't follow his speed with the SHARINGAN.

Nah because you dont have a clear understanding of lightning release armor. It only increases the users speed and gives them resistance to lightning based attacks. The raikage himself is very durable, so he doesnt even need to do much to tank an attack.

Because Gai is a taijutsu master whereas Sasuke's taijutsu is pretty weak.

A must also activate his Raiton Shroud.
