Do Tobi and Madara have shared vision due to the Rinnegan?

They technically share the same Rinnegan in their left eye, so I want to know if Pain's logic works in this situation.

I don't think it works that way, I think the chakra rods are needed to transmit the chakra to the bodies(six paths of pain) and the summons, which somehow gives them the doujutsu of the original body and then you can have shared vision with them.

Note that Obito's six paths of pain had the sharingan and it's precognition abilities.

That is only the ability of the Six Paths of Pain technique.

Shared vision only comes into play if the rinnegan's original wielder uses "Six Paths of Pein" technique or Makes summons.
