What Genjutsu are you referring to? Sasuke doesn't know any genjutsu that could manipulate the target to move physically.

According to Madara, as long as you know the Hand Seal to Edo Tensei you can release it.

I don't think that was a genjutsu...it was more of a command given through the sharingan. Izanami affects the 5 senses and genjutsu affects chakra flow to the brain...itachi could've had control over his entire nervous system and that may have something to do with why he was able to make kabuto perform the seals.

Sarcasm? lolol only the user and the one the contract on can release it. Besides that the only other way is to seal them so sasuke wouldnt be able to release them unless he made orochimaru release them.

Also, it looks like Sasuke deactivated his sharing and started talking to itachi before Kabuto finished forming the seals. It is possible that he did not see all of them.
