I first thought that "The Will Of Fire" is the answer to Sasuke's Question of what is a Shinobi but it doesn't seem to be....

Now I think after Hashirama tells Sasuke about his and Madara's story he will conclude that the answer to what is a shinobi is Subjective and depends on the Shinobi's Nindo....

And Sasuke will have one final fight with Naruto cause Naruto's Nindo will help Sasuke understand his own....

It all comes down to one thing - A Shinobi is what he chooses to be.... His Nindo....
