Jirobo: Tough one, as both are close quarters combatants relying on their immane strength. Jirobo appears to be the stronger of the two, though. Whereas Sakura was only given a comparatively petite strength of 3 that must be increased with Okasho, Jirobo was already given 5 points for his basic mode, which he undoubtedly deserves [

]. The second level of his Juin, however, increases his already amazing strength tenfold, creating a true monster [

]. Further considering his formidable Doton moves, I can indeed see him achieving a victory. The same can be said about Sakura, though.
Kidomaru: The outcome is clear as day, as Kidomaru is plain and simply superior to her. He, who had no problems keeping up with Neji, won't be taken out through Taijutsu by Sakura; she, on the other hand, has no way to adapt to his long ranged fighting style. But most importantly, she has absolutely no way of escaping Kidomaru's webs, which, in conlusion, spell out unavoidable death for her. Considering the ease Kidomaru creates and spreads them with, catching her won't be difficult. In fact, this fight equals a stomp.
Sakon/Ukon: No issue, either. Kisei Kikai no Jutsu is any Taijutsu user's worst nightmare, as it allows both of them to melt with their enemies at touch and destroy them from within. Even in case one of them gets taken out by one of her punches, which I do not see happening considering their far superior Taijutsu skills, the other one can use the given opening to execute the technique. Moreover, their abstruse Kekkei Genkai grants them mentionable regenerative properties [

], which are further supported by their hardened skin at the Juin's second level [

].
Tayuya: Due to her aforementioned evasive skills and strength, Sakura is likely to keep up with and defeat Tayuya's Doki, even with their hungry goasts roaming freely. The only issue I see here is Mugen Onsa, which completely restricts Sakura's movements, disabling her to form the seals necessary for releasing it. It might be possible for her to break it or hurt herself due to her amazing Chakra control, but there's no basis at all to back up those assumptions. I'll give her the benefit of the doubt, meaning this one could go either way.
Kimimaro: This one requires neither explanations nor any scans. He ridiculously trumps her in speed and Taijutsu, as well as most other areas; his amazing robustness would considerably reduce the impact of her attacks on top of that. Shikotsumyaku will be her end, even without having to resort to Sawarabi no Mai.
