How do i give rep? I read in another thread there should be a little green flag... i see no such thing. For the love of god someone help me before i go crazy.

The six sided star is the button you're looking for.

There should be a little black star under your avatar, next to the report button xd

On the bottom left hand corner of someone's post, you should see a "star" icon. You press the "star", and this lets you add reputation.
