itachi stronger than nagato?

hello guys i just watched the battle with nagato vs. naruto, bee and itachi and while it was a rather exciting battle, itachi was able to defeat nagato and seal him away, so in your opinion would you count this as a fair victory? why or why not?

Nagato had some troublesome handicaps.

1. little to no mobility
2. mind controlled by Kabuto during battle
3. 3v1 battle.

you seem to be one of the a**holes of this site, for 1 i could count, nagato had the abilities of all 6 paths of pain so technically it was a 6 on 3 battle not to mention the summonings, i asked if it was a fair victory or not, no need to get all grumpy

Well Itachi had the assistance of Bee and Naruto. He also had the advantage of free will which was robbed from Nagato...the loss of instinct cuts down reaction time...and even then Nagato didn't really have mobility.

Chibaku tensei would have beaten Itachi, but the combined powers of the three broke it.

At the end, Nagato is overall stronger than Itachi, but still Itachi would put up an excellent fight

where did you get 6 on 3 battle.. all the paths of pain were originally his techniques spread out over 6 bodies, and summonings are their jutsu so... and yeah nagato was disadvantaged alot

I agree.
Itachi was basically the brains of the team and knew what to do and when to do it. He saved Naruto from getting his soul absorbed and he saved Bee, too. He was in control of the entire battle, but if Nagato's mobility wasn't limited, the outcome might've been different.

I'm simply commenting on the 6 to 3 part ^.^


The six paths are his techs so it is still 1 on 3. While summons may count, the only time he had them was when he was trying to lose so he never used them in their indended way (at least his bird summon as the Cerberus was pinned by Naruto).
