Restrictions: Itachi is healthy
Intel: Team 1 full, Hashirama only about Itachi
Intent: to kill
Scenario: Gokage vs Madara

I see team 1 winning with difficulty. Itachi's totsuka helps a lot here. Also, and I don't see Hashirama killing Tsunade unless he uses his weird wooden dragon jutsu. And that is if it sucks chakra. Did it? D:
Hashirama also has some kind of healing technique but I believe byakugo is the better one of the two.
Shiki fuujin could also do something here. Can Itachi tell a wood clone from the real Hashirama?

I want to say team one but I'm not sure... Team 1 with huuuuuge difficulty, probably with a dead Minato afterwards. If it were edo Hashirama team one wouldn't have much chances.

Team 1 extreme diff.

Hashirama is a beast, but the combined skill and intelligence of Minato and Itachi coupled with Tsunade's gigantic chakra which can be shared to the other 2, Team 1 takes this.

Yeah, this is my opinion too. With Tsunade's support and chakra reserves Itachi' MS temporary will became EMS. So he can use the Susanoo for a longer time, use Amaterasu multiple time, etc.

Pretty much. Tsunade's chakra is very important in the success of team 1.

Hashirama wins..itachi will not be able to spam amaterasu because of the strain on his eyes and body. Tsunade won't be of much help and Minato won't be able to touch hashi.

 Some people never cease to amaze me. When you show me scans of any of Team 2 using a strong enough Katon to counter the forest then we can talk, until then.

Flower Tree World GG.
Minato summons Gamabunta whose oil allows Itachi to use Jiraiya level katons to burn Flower Tree world.

Nevertheless Hashirama wins mid-high difficulty since this is basically Minato and Itachi VS Hashirama and these two aren't enough to beat Hashirama.

Can't Minato transport them out of the range? Or cant Minato or Tsunade summon their summons to get them out of the range of the pollen? Can't Itachi KA Hashirama for a while making him undo the trees?

Team1 with difficulty. Hashirama would have difficulties to handle Minato's speed and sealing techniques. Close combat is forbidden since one marking in close combat and it's over for him. Since Hashirama even has no knowledge on Minato, i don't see how he could counter FTG blitz to be honest. He could be endangered by Itachi's totsuka as well. Mokuton clones could be destroyed by Itachi's Susanoo, Tsunade's punches in Byakuyou mode, or Minato's rasengan or summoning jutsus. Minato thanks to his S/T ninjutsu has nothing to fear from Hashirama's large scale Mokuton ninjutsu but Itachi and Tsunade would have hard time. I see team1 winning but with difficulties. Some of them will die during the fight

Or Bunta+Itachi can combine fire and oil to counter it.

So, I see Tsunade getting taken out by Flower Tree World (the jutsu was stated to be instant, and although that's a hyperbole it's showing you just how fast a forest of that magnitude is created, and Minato would likely want to have his more powerful ally still conscious to help him fight an adversary with such power like Hashirama).

Then, Itachi and Minato spend their time/chakra reserves on a Wood Clone (extremely durable, and they won't be able to tell the difference between the Wood Clone and Hashirama because it's manga fact that it takes at least EMS to do so).

Sneak attack from the real Hashirama after the clone is defeated in an arduous battle, and even if Minato can react, both him and especially Itachi won't have the chakra reserves to hold out against him.

Hashirama beats them without killing them (they all pass out eventually).

Wood clone or not, the real Hashirama is still somewhere and that real Hashirama still has chakra, so can be seen by Itachi's Sharingan or sensed by Minato's sensing ability. He can't surprise them with that for a long time especially when we talk about the best insight fighters in this manga(Itachi and Minato) who never really waste moves for nothing, so i hardly see them able to spend their time with a clone without noticing. Depends also on how Hashirama uses his clone. If he uses a great number, it won't surprise no one anymore since everyone will know there are fake and real. Generally in this case the original stay back like Madara did against kages, so easily noticeable. But if he uses one clone only and hide, that can be surprising, but like i've said against great insight fighters like Itachi and Minato it would be hard, especially with their sharingan and sensing abilities. Madara said he was the only one who could see Hashirama's clone, yet he got fooled by Naruto's clone, so that thing can be meaningless. The efficacity of a clone really depends on how the person uses it in a battle.

Even Itachi's Karasu Bunshin is hardly perceptible, something that Hashirama should be aware of. Hiraishin is even none-perceptible since it's not a movement speed but a teleportation. He can surprise Hashirama anytime with it and i seriously doubt Hashirama could even counter it especially with his lack of knowledge on it. How does he know he actually has to look at every kunais or markings? The begin of the fight will be important and it's at that moment that Hashirama must really grasp the mechanism of the technique or it risk to be over before the fight even started
