well we still dont know what the scroll does exactly but I think it has something to do with the seal, see the manga in which jiraya and the frog with the scroll talk don't know exactly which one

If I'm not mistaken the toad scroll contains the seal to Naruto's seal. So with it he could tweak how much power oozes out at once.
The whole kyuubi is inside Naruto. The fourth sealed the yang chakra away, while the ying chakra (good chakra) constantly mingles with Naruto's chakra.

its is just an idea but im thinking that if naruto finishes the key that minato left behind he may obtain the ability to fully control to fox's chakkra and that may allow his to use a new jutsu that that minato also left for him thats what it looks like by reading the manga

yea but u never know, maybe thts were itachis power comes in... and btw... i think tht madara sent pein to obtain narutos bijuu so tht sasuke would interfeer and could kill pein (i mean, pein does have a kekigenki, maybe madara feels threatened by pein) so then maybe sasuke, naruto (revenge) against pein... u never know
also i think naruto will be told about his past and the fourth and eventually naruto will attempt to learn the 4ths techniques

here's my guess? the body is obito's the mind madara's i think the ems alows the spirit to stay earth bound and posses anothers body to use week body equils esay transfer plus thats were orochimaru probaly got the idea of his forbidden jutsu from. however i think madara/mizzukage is afrade of peine and will probaly use sauske to kill him just incase

I don't think Maadara is afraid of pain because their working together and as for getting sasuke to kill pai... I doubt Sasuke could, I mean he isn't stronger then Itachi and Maadara could have made a deal with Itachi if he wanted Pain dead. That's just my thoughts anyway.
Wouldn't it be funny if the guy that gave Kakashi his sharinghan is acting as Maadara... or IS Maadara? Or maybe It's just Kakashi's twin...
Anyways why does Kakashi have a Mayanko Sharinghan, I thought he had to kill his best friend (Who seemed to be either Gai or Jiraya).

Otherwise, Madara would've attacked Konoha while Itachi was still alive, and he wouldn't give a rat's @$$ about Sasuke.

well there is a lot of mystery behind the MS and no one quite knows how he got it, but gai is just his rival and jiriaya is just someone he likes cuz he writes porno books. his best friend would be like obito or he couldve had an attachment to the yondaime, but all of those are already dead. theres got to be something kishi isnt telling us
