Okay first off, have you had any training in Raiton before? Also could you answer the following.

No I haven't ever had training in Raiton before senpai.
Raiton in the Narutoverse is one of the five basic elements that allows the user to produce lightning attacks, these attacks are fast and have high piercing damage. The electricity can also paralyse the target and leave them vulnerable, that's the perfect time to strike them with a finishing attack >:3. Similar to wind, lightning can be infused into weapons which also gives them extra piercing damage and can cause little paralysis.Lightning isn't as fast as natural lightning when released from the body U_U.
Lightning is used well with water, it can be used with it to increase power . Lightning is strong against earth, as it is easily able to crack through it, but is weak against wind. Wind is a natural insulator of lightning. Lightning is also hotter than most fire.
Three lightning users would be Kakashi, Sasuke and Darui who has a special type of black lightning.

Alright, I will explain.
So S-Rank Lightning = A-Rank Wind and so Lightning is equal to Wind Jutsu one rank lower than the Lightning.
A-Rank Lightning = S-Rank Earth and so Lightning is equal to Earth Jutsu one rank higher than the Lightning.
Also A-Rank Lightning + A-Rank Water = S-Rank Lightning + Water so yeah that is how it works.

After doing so I want you to channel it through your body and release it into the air around you and manipulate the Raiton Chakra to create small bolts of lightning that you then shoot at that tree over there.
Alright this first one is very simple so it will be hard to get a lot of detail but as the Jutsu get more complicated, I want more detail

Okay Wind SenpaiAlright awesome, now onto your first Jutsu.
Alright this first one is very simple so it will be hard to get a lot of detail but as the Jutsu get more complicated, I want more detail
I face the tree and close my eyes, then gather some chakra internally and start to mold it into raiton chakra. I hold my hands out towards the tree and focus on releasing this lightning chakra outwards, I then release it from internally at the tree, burning and cutting it.
Okay good job, good amount of detail for the simplicity of this Jutsu Alright next.
Alright next.Alright so for this one I want you to gather a portion of Chakra again and then mold it into super fast and sharp Raiton Chakra. After doing so I want you to channel this Chakra through your shoulder and into the palm of your dominant hand and then slam this hand on the ground. I then want you to release this Raiton Chakra from your palm and send it out in a surge of lightning all around the ground in front of you. This would shock them if they are hit by it, basically stunning them for a very short period of time.

I focus more chakra and mold it into raiton type chakra, focusing it all to my right hand as it starts to spark when more and more chakra is gathered. I then lift up the palm and slide my legs to the side more and slam the palm of my hand onto the floor then releasing the chakra into the ground in front of me, lightning zaps the ground and sparks from it.
Alright good, try and add more detail.
I want you to gather a portion of you Chakra and then mold it into fast and powerful Raiton Chakra and then channel it through your body. After doing this, then release it from your body and control it with Chakra manipulation and send an electric field at that tree over there and have it wrap around the tree like a shield.

I look at the tree and then walk over to it, I start to gather chakra and focus on molding it into raiton based chakra. I then start to channel this raiton chakra throughout my body once I have enough of it gathered. When enough of the raiton chakra spreads around my body I focus on trying to release it and suddenly lightning burst out around my body, I focus more chakra into it and control the lightning as it starts to hit the tree, the arm like branches of lightning slowly making there way around the trunk as the meet at the other side. I then retract the lightning and step back from the tree.

Very nice job. The level of detail there was awesome. Alright, next Jutsu.
For this next Jutsu, I want you to once again gather some Chakra and mold it into Raiton Chakra and this time channel it through your body but more to the front half of your body. This will then allow you to release it in front of you and control the Raiton Chakra and create a lightning shield on one of your hands and you will then smash the lightning shield into that same tree you just attacked.

I gather some more chakra and begin to mold it into raiton chakra quicker than before as I am getting used to it, I start to channel the newly formed raiton chakra to the front half of my body. I feel it within my now out-stretched left arm and chest. I then try to focus on releasing the chakra through my arm and out of my hand. The palm of my hand slowly starts to make sparks, the sparks get more wild and lightning shoots out and forms a shield of lightning in front of me. I then pull back my arm a little and push it towards the tree, the shield of lightning grinds against it, chipping and scratching the wood.
I'm getting the hang of this senpai!!

I start by gathering some chakra and then once that's done I mold it into Raiton type chakra. I then channel this raiton around my body and I hold my arms out towards a tree, releasing this raiton chakra at the tree, it begins sparking and then bolts of lightning shoots out hitting the tree scratching and burning it, as the wave of lightning continues to torture it. I then retract the lightning and look at you.

Nice job, next one. I am going to be changing up the training a bit and grouping similar Jutsu together in the same post.

Alright so after I preform a Water Jutsu, please channel your Chakra into your hands and release a wave of electricity and release it into my Water Jutsu to combine and create an even stronger combination. This Justu is not always ideal because it is a short ranged Jutsu.

Alright this next Jutsu you will probably never use in a battle but I will teach it to you anyway. Okay so begin by once again gathering a portion of Chakra and molding it into fast and powerful Raiton Chakra. After doing so I want you to run to that cliff over there and channel the Chakra through your body and into your hands as you perform the needed Hand Seals and then begin to climb the cliff and then release the Chakra into the cliff and cause stones above you to dislodge and fall past you, which would make people below you be hit by the stones.

I focus in some chakra, molding it all into raiton chakra. I then proceed to channel the chakra through my body, into my arms and store it into my hands. I then release the lightning and hold out my arms and hands, my hands then begin to shoots of bolts into the water jutsu that you perform, creating a deadlier technique.

I focus in some chakra and start to mold it as I run towards the cliff face. I hold down my hands to the sides and run up the cliff face and channal my chakra to my hands and then perform the handseals required, snake ----. upside down tiger and then I clap my hands together and lightning surges from the crashing into the side of the cliff and hitting over hanging rocks which fall to the ground and crush a bush.
My new goal is to use that in a battle xd

Once you have, channel the Chakra evenly into both of your hands and then release the Chakra in between your hands and condense the Chakra into a ball of electric energy and then launch it at that tree over there.
