ok, i just wanna ask coz i noticed something weird about this edo tensei technique. hiruzen died in an old age, and so when orochimaru revived him, he was in his old age physical form. this goes the same with all the previous kages, minato, hashi, tobirama, 2nd mizukage, muu,prev raikage,prev kazekage, etc. THEY WERE ALL IN THEIR PHYSICAL FORM during the time of their death. BUT....... MADARA DIED as an OLD MAN,right? but why is it that he is the only one who's in his PRIME PHYSICAL FORM when he was revived? or am i just missin out something. anything u wanna say guys?

This is mostly likely a summary of what kabuto would of most likely said if he ever had a chance to delve into specifics
Senju DNA is a great catalyst for psychical energy and madara already has strong spiritual force.
Like i said in the opening of this post your gist is most likely correct.
We will just have to wait for kabuto to wake up for the specifics.
