In order to protect the village the Hokage sealed the demon within an orphan child, Naruto Uzumaki. 16 years later, Naruto struggles to achieve recognition as a shinobi by the people of the village. Through many hardships Naruto sparks a rivalry with another child of torment, Sasuke Uchiha, who seeks revenge on his brother for the murder of their clan. Sasuke eventually becomes corrupt with power, and Naruto spends the next 3 years desperately trying to find Sasuke and bring him home. Through his search, Naruto is targeted by an group of mercenaries known as the Akatsuki, who are gathering all of the tailed demons. Naruto eventually overcomes the Akatsuki, and is finally recognized as a hero by his village. Naruto finally finds Sasuke, who has sunken deeper into the darkness, but his plea to his once friend is merely a cry on deaf ears. War soon breaks against the allied shinobi forces as the last remaining members of the Akatsuki make a final effort for the tailed demons. Shinobi from the past and present make a final stand against each other, as Naruto approaches Sasuke one last time.
