I believe MS and EMS have higher level of vision to see people chakra and internal organs .MS Sasuke told Karin not to move before he use his chidori extension sword through karin inorder to hit Danzo.Sasuke MS maybe saw all karin organs ,which make sasuke avoid all the vital point of karin to get to karin.Karin manage to survive afterward and she did not die.

People will think that sasuke did not care about karin but he do because he think about his team when fighting 8 tails to use amaterasu at the end.

Actually, Amaterasu burns fast when the user's eyes are focused on the target. All those times Sasuke's eyes weren't focused on the flames. When he focused on Danzo he burnt up in a few seconds but respaned with Izanagi.

Nope, Amaterasu converges onto the target the Sharingan was focused on, and doesn't just appear instantaneously on the target.

He is said to be able to burn through any object, but if this was true, then the samurai Sasuke lit on fire should not have had enough time to have his armor removed. The flame should have been able to burn through immediately.

not true at all, its been quoted multiple times that Amaterasu dosent go out until the target is completely ash.

I could imagine sasuke viewing Naruto or Obito body internal organs and burn them with Amaterasu.They will not even be able to counter it.Obito will not know when to use S/T if sasuke use that method
