Gaara's sand is his Mama's and not the Shukaku's and he's skilled with it.
Bee has Samehada, 7 Swords, and Lightning Powers.
Naruto only has Rasengan and Sage mode.
Bee counters that Physically and at Short Distance, and Gaara beats him at Long Distance.

Killer bee should be higher than naruto and gaara .Killerbee is better than taijutsu,his base speed is at the same level as raikage,he is super strong with out 8 tail,good at swordmanship.
Gaara is greater than base naruto because gaara can use earth to make sand to kill his opponent at any moment.For example Gaara vs kimmaro ,Gaara change the field into sand to use great sand burial.
Naruto sage mode donott have any speed or defense to stop either killerbee or Gaara

Naruto lets face it without kurama he's fodder would've never been able to master rasengan B\C thx to kurama everyone in the village hated him which is why that guy told him to get the scroll from hiruzen (kage bushin) Etc U_U lets face it only thing naruto really does is rasengan and kage bushin everthing he ever acomplished was with a kage bushin and a rasegan >.>
hes fodder along with rest of Jinchuriki who we see none of till war time..... basically

your forgetting Naruto only got sage mode because he trained with jiraiya which was heavily based on Kurama cause remember when naruto was training in walking on water..... when they first met he told jiraiya about the yellow and red chakra

Well here's my list, though of course it might not be 100% accurate, so what are your thought's on their strength without their Bijuu's?

I would only be able to comment on 3.

Killer Bee has been shown to be both fast and an excellent swordsman w/o the influence of his Bijuu.
Gaara w/o the One-tails influence was still able to take out both his father AND some Edos...(some being Kage)
Naruto is the only one who absolutely needs his Bijuu pre-Sage. Rasengan - needed massive chakra levels to keep practicing on end. Needed massive chakra levels to do his Kage Bunshin no Jutsu to the degree he does.

? Naruto only obtained Sage Mode due to the frogs. Jiraiya never taught Naruto the basics of Sage Mode.

I dont get your point. Naruto without Kurama = SM Naruto = Kage level shinobi. As simple as that.
