Correct. You other guys seem to be confusing intelligence with wisdom.
Wisdom is acquired through experience. Intelligence is a trait. Hence the compliment of someone being wise beyond their years.
Its gonna be the older characters like Onoki Hiruzen Jiraiya Tsunade Orochimaru A and such.
