Long, long ago humans created enhanced humans, giving them the ability to use something called chakra. To further their research, they created the Juubi. Then it went ape shit and destroyed everything, and humanity regressed, loosing most of its knowledge. The So6p was just a genetically enhanced human who was able to split the Juubi into smaller, less devastating creatures. Some humans still hold the enhanced genes from the Sage, which had given them chakra. The rest of the world is slowly trying to regain the bits and pieces of technology lost by their ancestors.

And that is why they have computers, even though they look incredibly out of place.

Making up creation myths is fun :D

This makes no sense if the jubbi supposidly created the naruto verse then how was the jubbi born could it have been created before humans existed in the naruto verse?xd
Some things have to be without a beginning, for other things to be created.

We cant imagine something not having a beginning, but how can creation exist otherwise?
The Juubi could be something like that. A being or thing, without a beginning.
