Who mentioned her chakra enhanced strength here? Samehada absorbs chakra straight from the body it slashes. Kisame won't even need the Water Dome nor would he need to fuse with Samehada to beat her.

Taijutsu against Kisame? Horrible idea. His sword gives him more range than Tsunade has with her punches and 3 slashes from an uncovered Samehada will take away all of her chakra.

Tsunade could pull it off, but I really don't see i happening. Everyone forgets that Samehada not only takes chakra away, but it actually cuts people too. She would be loosing alot of chakra by healing herself and having Samehada taking it away. Then Kisame could Water Dome, summon 1000 sharks, and gg.

No because Bee who has more chakra than Tsunade ran out of it while fighting Kisame so Tsunade will run out as well. Just because Tsunade uses taijutsu doesn't mean she is a bad match up for Kisame since Kisame is on a whole other level.

I agree and other than taijutsu, the only thing Tsunade has which is a threat to Kisame is Katsuyu.

OT: To get out of the water dome, Tsunade could summon Katsuyu but once Kisame absorbs all of Katsuyu's chakra, the summon will die and turn mushy. As explained, Tsunade can't risk getting near Kisame or else her chakra will be taken away from her and she won't be able to regenerate. Kisame's great water shark bullet can also absorb chakra so even at mid to long range, Tsunade isn't safe.

Katsuyu acid can be easily countered by a water wall or simply dodged just like Manda, a giant summon, did. Or Kisame could just feed Tsunade to the sharks.

The only reason Gai beat Kisame was due to his insane speed, which Tsunade doesn't have, she relies more on raw strength.

All Kisame has to do is keeping his distance, and then use either of those jutsu, which Tsunade can't handle.

Another reason why Gai beat Kisame was because Kisame did not have knowledge that the Hirudora was a taijutsu based attack as opposed to ninjutsu that he could simply absorb via great water shark bullet. Gai also has a wide area of effect taijutsu unlike Tsunade.
