ways naruto could of had sharingan or rennigan

Naruto could have taken pain/nagatos rennigan by going back to the battle field were he fought pain and taking the dead bodys rennigan or naruto could have just killed danzo to take his sharingans then have his clones implant them into his eye sockets

Sharingan eyes combined with bijuumode is op who cares about looks in narutos case.
