And EDO anything is them being at their strongest point.

So you either say Obito's jinchuuriki are his and then EDO works for everyone or you say EDO doesn't work and prime Obito is probably the Kyuubi one.

Edos are simply tools, they are the summoner's power, thus Edo Shinobi arent the strongest point of that Shinobi's life.

The concept of Edo Shinobi's is different from the situation of the Edo Paths. The Edo Paths are simply tools for Obito to use. They are his because Kabuto gave them to him so he can seal the Bijuu inside of them. Doesn't matter if Obito isn't the one keeping them alive. Naruto doesn't make Gamabunta exist, does that mean he can't use them? Nope. Not to mention the manga clearly counts it as Obito's power. Edo Shinboi are also tools, that's why they aren't in Top 10's by themselves.

Whether or not you want to include Edo, Obito's spot as number 3 won't change also Rinnegan Obito>14 yr old Obito w/Kyuubi.
