And katsuyu can sense chakra because she have no chakra so 2nd mizukage clam can be destroyed and or katsuyu clones can just search

I do believe Tsunade knows fuinjutsu so I agree with this theory to some extent.

Tsukiyomi would still own Tsunade as it will put her in a coma. She can break out of regular genjutsu via the aforementioned method but top tier genjutsu will still paralyse Tsunade or finish her off completely.

Yes Tsunade is one of the best taijutsu users in the manga. The data book also gives her a 5.0 in taijutsu so she is a taijutsu master.

No FRS will destroy Tsunade's cellular network so she can't tank even one FRS let alone two. There are plenty of attacks Tsunade can't tank but I won't be bothered to list them. Most kage level ninjas have a way of putting Tsunade down for good.

Poisons will kill off Tsunade's cells and if Tsunade tries using cellular rebirth. Those new cells that she creates will also be poisoned since cells are created through the splitting of pre-existing cells. If those pre existing cells are poisoned, the new ones will also be poisoned so her regeneration will cause poison to spread faster than it should. The same way cancer spreads fast due to the ability of cancer cells to split into more.

Katsuyu clones can't do anything, they can't even use acid. Only the real Katsuyu can use acid and there is no proof Katsuyu can replicate Tsunade's techniques.

Shizune is a unique ninja of her own right so it is very unlikely Tsunade knows everything her student knows. Naruto has FRS but Jiraiya doesn't.
