why is sasuke not a pure uchiha anymore - and dont say cuz he has killed or is eveil no matter what he does in that sense he is still a pure blood uchiha something has happened that took that away

Why would Hashirama have to mention he is pure? It doesn't make sense. He could've just said Uchiha. He obviously meant an innocent Uchiha. Since Tobirama was talking ill of the Uchiha.

It wouldn't fit in the context. Common sense.
