3rd hokage and orochimaru

hi, i have question.


So if the 3rd hokage (not edo) and orochimaru fought , who would win?

I know orochimaru beat saruTOBI but, the fight didn't seem fair for some reason

so if they fought again, i can't tell if it'd be a tie match or one of them would win.

whaddya think?

NOTE: please don't say edo tensei is cheating jutsu. it's basically a summoning jutsu, but summoning dead people . if you think edo tensei is cheating so is the sharingan, the 1-9 tails in people's bodies, and all the other kekkei genkai. hell, every jutsu would be cheating, especially against gai and lee.

True, but Orochimaru has his Eight Branches Jutsu, which definitely puts him above Hiruzen. Unless we see something new from Hiruzen in Part 2 when he goes to the battlefield but for now I gotta say Oro wins.

Didn't he use Reaper Death Seal on him with the intention to kill? ( I know he only took his arms, but im pretty sure he used it originally with an intention to kill but couldn't fully seal oro's whole body.)

I was thinking.... wouldn't Edo Tensei be useless in a battle situation since it requires bodies to sacrifice and quite a significant amount of time to perform. Oro probably wouldn't be able to perform the jutsu while fighting the third.
